Return Policy

All returns are issued as store credit only, delivered via email as an e-gift card redeemable at ShopPapori.com or in-store. Gift cards expire 12 months from the date of issue. Return shipping cost of $4 will be deducted from your store credit balance..

Return Window

We offer a 10-day return window. You have 10 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Free of animal hair, deodorant, makeup, perfume, body odor, smoke, or any other strong odor
  • Like-new and in resalable condition

You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your account at ShopPapori.com
  2. Go to your Orders section
  3. Select the order containing the item you'd like to return and follow the prompts to begin the return process

If your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package.

Please note: Items returned without first requesting a return through this process will be donated. We will not be able to contact you or issue credit for these items.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at Returns@ShopPapori.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Accessories, including hats, jewelry, earrings, necklaces, scarves, and bracelets
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. To get a different size, color, or item, simply return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's been approved. Approved returns are automatically issued as store credit via an emailed e-gift card.
